Warranty

1. Warranty Coverage

TENWELD warrants to the original end user (“purchaser”) that all new TENWELD-branded machines and accessories (“Products”) will be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service within the continental United States.

This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable without prior written consent from TENWELD.

The warranty becomes void if the Product has been subjected to improper installation, abuse, neglect, insufficient maintenance, unauthorized modification, or abnormal operation.

2. Warranty Period

All warranty periods begin on the date of purchase from an authorized TENWELD dealer or distributor.

3-Year Limited Warranty

Covers defects in materials, workmanship, and manufacturing for all TENWELD welding machines.

For customers located within the continental United States, TENWELD will cover:

  • Parts
  • Labor
  • Round-trip shipping to and from TENWELD’s U.S. service facility

3. Accessory Warranty (Torches, Foot Pedals, Ground Clamps, Cables, and Other Non-Consumable Accessories)

Non-consumable accessories included with TENWELD machines, such as welding torches, foot pedals, ground clamps, electrode holders, and welding cables, are covered only for manufacturing defects.

Because these items naturally wear during normal operation, the following conditions are not covered under the 3-year warranty:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Heat damage caused by exceeding rated amperage
  • Insufficient cooling (air-cooled or water-cooled misuse)
  • Cable abrasion, cuts, or internal wire fatigue
  • Connector or plug damage caused by improper tightening or loose contact
  • Loss of clamping force or deformation from improper grounding
  • Any accidental damage or misuse

If an accessory issue is not covered under warranty, TENWELD may offer discounted replacement parts to help customers resume welding quickly.

4. Exclusions and Limitations

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

  • Consumable parts (tungsten electrodes, cups, nozzles, collets, liners, and other wear items) are not replaced unless found defective upon initial inspection
  • Damage, failure, or defects caused by misuse, negligence, improper installation, lack of maintenance, unauthorized modification, or operation outside published specifications
  • Cosmetic damage, corrosion, accident damage, natural disasters, or electrical power surges
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or without valid proof of purchase

5. Warranty Service Procedure

To obtain warranty service, purchasers must contact TENWELD Customer Support and provide:

  1. Product serial number
  2. Proof of purchase
  3. Description of the issue, including photos or videos when applicable

TENWELD will evaluate the claim and, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective Product. The customer may be asked to provide additional information or perform basic troubleshooting steps as part of the evaluation.

All repaired or replaced items become the property of TENWELD.

6. Limitation of Liability

This Limited Warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by TENWELD.

TENWELD shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Product, whether based in contract, tort, or otherwise.

No reseller, distributor, or representative is authorized to modify or extend this warranty.
